This study was written for Saskatchewanians to better understand the reasons why so many of their fellow citizens have left over the years and, more importantly, how to create an improved economic environment for lasting prosperity which continues to attract people back to the province. The recent downturn in economic conditions in Canada and around the world only provides added incentive to ensure Saskatchewan is on the right path for economic success.
